Assignment:

• Create and document a license for your final project. Develop a plan for dissemination of your final project.

 

The Invention
The main idea of this assignment is to describe how to scale my project to further implementation and scaling to big. In my particular case, I focus on my country, El Salvador, and find something to could help people living far away cities and in poor living conditions. I decide to find the way to filter rainwater to make it potable and, if possible, safe to drink using a pH sensor to verify if water is drinkable or not. For Fab Academy scope, I don’t implement the water filtering, just the way the already filtered water goes through one container to another depending on the pH level measurement.

For my project I decided to use a Creative Commons License.

Income
This Fab Academy final project is the start of something bigger, the main goal is to open a Fab Lab in Escuela Americana El Salvador, right now we are in process to accreditation in Fab Labs network. Taking that in consideration, YEKATL should help people to use rainwater at their homes, low cost and easy to do.
